After adding Tangible Boost to your cart, you will be asked to fill out a prescription verification with your information and your practitioners information. Since Tangible Boost is a prescription-only product, we will use this form information to reach out to your Eye Care Practitioner to receive a prescription for your purchase! Once we receive your prescription you will receive an email notification that your order has shipped. If you already have a prescription on file, you will still need to fill out this short form so we can confirm your Rx information and process your order. 

NOTE: If your current lenses are close to their regular replacement schedule or you are due for your annual exam and contact lens evaluation, your practitioner may elect to have you come in for a visit before writing the prescription.

Ordering Tangible Boost from Your Eye Care Practitioner

Practitioners understand that Tangible Hydra-PEG coated lenses perform best when cared for with Tangible Solutions. Because of that, a lot have decided to offer Tangible Solutions directly to their patients from their office. Contact your Eye Care Practitioner directly to see if they stock and sell Tangible Boost out of their office. If they do, you can purchase directly from them with their verbal prescription for Tangible Boost without needing to send a prescription to us for verification. 

If your Eye Care Practitioner does not currently stock Tangible Boost, don't worry! You can still purchase directly online and we will verify your prescription information with your Eye Care Practitioner. 

Obtaining a Tangible Boost Prescription Through Tangible Care

We offer several options for Eye Care Practitioners to prescribe Tangible Boost. The Tangible Care program provides patients with a prescription for Tangible Boost and many other helpful resources to help them on their specialty lens journey. If you have been enrolled in the Tangible Care program, that means that Tangible Science has a valid prescription on file for you for Tangible Boost! When you purchase online, just confirm your practitioner's information at checkout and your order will be approved ASAP. 

Enrollment into the program can be done online by your practitioner, or you can self-enroll with a code provided to you by your practitioner. If your practitioner is not currently a Tangible Care Provider, please ask them to contact us!
