What is Tangible Boost?
Tangible Boost is a prescription-only monthly treatment that restores and maintains the Tangible Hydra-PEG coating. Designed to be used [FDA indicated for use] once per month at home, Tangible Boost ensures that lenses continue to benefit from reduced dryness, fogging, and deposits, resulting in more comfort.
When to Prescribe Tangible Boost
Prescribe Tangible Boost starting as early in the wearing cycle as possible. This will ensure the Tangible Hydra-PEG coating continuously delivers all the intended benefits.
Lenses that are further along in the wearing cycle still benefit from Tangible Boost as long as no obvious damage can be observed, such as coating that has been stripped by abrasive or alcohol-based products. Remember, the Tangible Boost solution binds to the coating on the lens and won't be as impactful on lenses not coated with Tangible Hydra-PEG.
PRO TIP: Tangible Boost is not approved for use on Hybrid Contacts

Each kit of Tangible Boost comes with the following instruction guide. These instructions are printed on the box and provided in Tangible Boost's instructions for use.
Choosing a multi-purpose solution to use with Tangible Boost
The instructions for Tangible Boost require using a multipurpose solution for multiple steps in the process. The use of an MPS is required for patients to get the full effects of Tangible Boost by ensuring their lenses are clean and free of debris before using Tangible Boost and by fully rinsing lenses after the treatment.
Ensure your patients use only an approved multi-purpose solution with the Tangible Boost treatment.
Tangible Clean is the recommended multi-purpose solution.
Tangible Clean is a versatile multi-purpose contact lens solution designed to optimize the performance of your lenses. Formulated to work with the Hydra-PEG coating and Tangible Boost, Tangible Clean effectively cleans, rinses, disinfects, stores, and conditions your contact lenses, ensuring a fresh and comfortable wearing experience, and is approved for all modalities, coated and non-coated lenses. It features a low viscosity for less residue left behind. This can lead to fewer steps for patients, more compliance, and better success rates
Tangible Clean is a perfect companion to peroxide for rinsing, short-term storage, and to perform the Boost process.
How to purchase Tangible Boost
Patients can purchase Tangible Boost directly from practitioners who sell solutions or from the Tangible Science website. Since a prescription is required for patients purchasing online, we offer the following options to make this process quick and easy!
Prescribing our products is as simple as logging into your practitioner account.
Click “Submit a Tangible Boost Prescription” from your Practitioner Dashboard.
Alternatively, you can prescribe using a custom tear-off prescription pad with a unique QR code. Register for your personalized prescription pad here: Tangible Rx Pad Agreement.
A Tangible Practitioner Account is required to prescribe Tangible Boost online or with a prescription pad: https://tangiblescience.com/pages/practitioners
Upon submitting a Tangible Boost Rx, your patient will receive an email from Tangible Science directing them to purchase from our website. All orders of Tangible Boost placed through our website must be verified with a prescription prior to fulfillment. During the purchase process, they will be prompted to enter their date of birth and the practitioner’s information. Patients with an Rx on file will be verified immediately.
Selling Tangible Boost in your office
Since patients who purchase care supplies from their practitioner tend to have greater success through ease of compliance, selling Tangible Boost directly can provide mutual benefits.
Consider creating compliance bundles pairing Tangible Boost with Tangible Clean. Bundles can be used to incentivize patients by offering discounts and convenience. Patients who do not want to purchase multiple boxes and can not frequent the office monthly are perfect for our subscription program.
